Welcome to Hollister Club Cali. This is intended to describe Hollister Club Cali and the terms for your participation in Hollister Club Cali, which includes our Site Use terms (these terms and conditions referred to as "Terms" below).

Why Should You Become a Member of Hollister Club Cali?

As a member of Hollister Club Cali, you will receive free shipping with any online purchase of $100 or more, member only offers and promotions, access to an exclusive Hollister video and photo gallery, custom digital wallpaper for your phone, tablet or computer, access to the Hollister music playlist, special mixes and free downloads, ability to skip the line at special events, a members only birthday surprise and other interactive features. These benefits are explained in further detail below.

Where is it Available?

Hollister Club Cali is currently only available to residents in the United States. The special offers and promotions available as part of Hollister Club Cali may only be redeemed in Hollister stores located in the United States or online at HollisterCo.com.

How Does it Work?

• Current Website Account Holders. If you have previously created an account on HollisterCo.com, you will receive an email from us letting you know that you are now registered as a member of Hollister Club Cali. Your previously created account login and password allow access to the Hollister Club Cali site. Once signed in, you may access your Club Cali ID through the "My ID" link.
  
  
• Becoming a Member. Join Hollister Club Cali by becoming a member online at https://ClubCali.HollisterCo.com/ or on HollisterCo.com. Once you are a member, you will receive an email confirming that you have become a member of Hollister Club Cali. Only one Hollister Club Cali membership is permitted per person and per email address.
  
  
• Store Finder and Check-In. Once you are signed in as a member, you can find the location of the nearest Hollister store and check in once you arrive at the store. Check-In will only be available if you have a location-enabled mobile device and have enabled location services on your device so we can locate you to provide the correct store and to confirm your check-in. Upon checking in, you will receive a beach pass showing the date and time you were at the store, which you will not be able to subsequently clear.
  
  
• Registering Purchases. When making a purchase in one of our stores, you may register your purchase with your Hollister Club Cali membership at checkout by having the associate scan your Hollister Club Cali ID, available through the "My ID" button. You may also request that the associate look up your membership through your ten digit telephone number or your alternative lookup number provided when you registered for an account on HollisterCo.com or when you signed up for Hollister Club Cali. When making purchases online, just sign into Club Cali prior to making the purchase.
  
  
• What are the Perks of Hollister Club Cali?
  • Exclusives/Offers. Hollister Club Cali members have access to program benefits such as special discounts, promotional giveaways, sweepstakes and contests only offered to Hollister Club Cali members and, if you have provided us with your birthday on your HollisterCo.com account, a special birthday surprise sent to you for your birthday each year (all of these are "Club Cali Offers"). Club Cali Offers may be subject to conditions and limitations, as indicated in the "details" associated with the Club Cali Offer ("Club Cali Offer Details"). You may not give or transfer your Club Cali Offers to anyone else. Another Exclusive is free standard ground shipping with any online purchase of $100 or more when shipping within the U.S. and its territories (including Puerto Rico).
    
    

Playlist/Music. Hollister Club Cali members may stream music from our playlist on their own device for their personal, non-commercial use. Unless otherwise indicated, the music made available on the Hollister Club Cali site may be streamed only through the music player embedded in the site and may not be copied or downloaded. From time to time, Hollister Club Cali may make certain music available to Hollister Club Cali members for free download. Downloadable tracks will be clearly identified on the Hollister Club Cali site and may be downloaded to your compatible device for your personal, non-commercial use only.

• Gallery/Lifestyle. Hollister Club Cali members may access exclusive photos and videos through the Perfect View section. From time to time, Hollister Club Cali may make certain photos and videos available to Hollister Club Cali members for free download. Downloadable photos and videos will be clearly identified on the Hollister Club Cali site and may be downloaded to your compatible device for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  
  
• Forecast/Weather. Hollister Club Cali members who are logged in have access to 5-day weather forecasts for the city they're in or for other locations by specifying a zip code. Logged in Hollister Club Cali members will also have access to a streaming video with suggested styles for the temperature and conditions of the given location. The videos may only be used for the member's personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied or downloaded.
  
  
• Please Note: We have tried to select a music player and a music/photo/video download process that will work on many devices. However, it is possible that your device may not be compatible with the music player embedded on the Hollister Club Cali site that is used to make our playlist available or the music/photo/video download process.

If I Become a Member of Hollister Club Cali, Will I Get Other Emails from Hollister?

When you become a member of Hollister Club Cali, if you tick the opt-in box you will also sign up to receive Hollister marketing emails in addition to membership emails. Both Hollister Club Cali emails and marketing emails will include an opt-out should you no longer want to receive Hollister emails. In addition to membership and marketing emails, when you scan or provide your member ID at the store with a purchase, you will automatically receive an e-receipt at the email address listed in your account.  While provided to members of Club Cali, the e-receipts are not membership or marketing emails, but merely confirmations of your store purchases.  If you have separately signed up for emails on HollisterCo.com, you will also receive emails from Hollister about products and events at Hollister, unless you have previously opted out from receiving these marketing emails. Please note that if you opt out of receiving emails from Hollister Club Cali, you will be opting out of both marketing emails and membership emails, but you will still receive e-receipt emails that confirm your store purchases. Likewise, if you are a Hollister Club Cali member and opt-out of receiving marketing emails from Hollister, you will be opting out of membership emails as well, but not e-receipt emails. You will still be able to access your membership and utilize the Hollister Club Cali site, but you will no longer receive any Hollister Club Cali or Hollister marketing emails.

How Must I Use My Club Cali Offers?

• When & Where. You must use each Club Cali Offer during the period specified in the Club Cali Offer Details. Whether each Club Cali Offer may be used in stores, online, or both will be indicated on the Club Cali Offer or in the Club Cali Offer Details.
  
  
• Use of Club Cali Offers. CLUB CALI OFFERS MAY NOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER CLUB CALI OFFERS OR OTHER PROMOTIONS. However, some Club Cali Offers may be used on redline merchandise, as indicated in the Club Cali Offer Details. Club Cali Offers may only be used once. If you purchase merchandise using a Club Cali Offer and then return the merchandise, you will not be issued a new Club Cali Offer. You will be tendered back only the amount actually paid for the merchandise. Lost Club Cali Offers will not be replaced.

May Associates Become a Member of Club Cali?

Associates are permitted to become a member of Hollister Club Cali, but will not be able to participate in all of the Club Cali Offers. Club Cali Offers may not be combined with the associate discount, but the associate will get the higher of the discounts. If a Club Cali Offer excludes associates, the Club Cali Offer Details will indicate that associates are excluded from the offer.

How Can I Cancel My Hollister Club Cali Membership?

We don't think anyone will want to stop getting the great benefits of Hollister Club Cali, but if you decide you want to cancel your Hollister Club Cali membership, you can email us at Privacy_Policy@HollisterCo.com.

• If you decide to cancel your membership, we will also cancel your account on www.HollisterCo.com. If you decide to cancel your Hollister Club Cali membership, all unused Club Cali Offers will be cancelled. If you subsequently sign up to become a member again we will not reinstate your previously cancelled unused Club Cali Offers.
  
  
• If you choose to cancel your Hollister Club Cali membership but have separately signed up for Hollister emails, you will be opting out of both membership emails and marketing emails. And cancelling your Club Cali membership will also cancel your receiving e-receipts to your email address.

General Terms of Hollister Club Cali

• Hollister reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Hollister Club Cali membership and participation in the Hollister Club Cali program at any time for any reason.
  
  
• The Hollister Club Cali membership and benefits is offered at the discretion of Hollister and Hollister reserves the right to cancel the Hollister Club Cali program at any time with or without notice to Hollister Club Cali members. Hollister Club Cali Offers issued to you prior to the notification of cancellation of the program will remain available during the period indicated on the Hollister Club Cali Offer Details.
  
  
• All title and intellectual property rights in and to any content that you may access, view, stream, or download from the Hollister Club Cali site (including music, photos and videos) remains the sole and exclusive property of Hollister or its licensor and your use of such content is subject to the restrictions imposed by these Terms as well as applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. You may not use content in a manner that exceeds the specific rights granted and you are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, selling, re-licensing or distributing content. You agree that you will not interfere with Hollister's or its licensors' rights to their content and that you will not circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any technology or methods used by Hollister or its licensors to prevent the unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content accessible via Hollister Club Cali.
  
  
• Hollister reserves the right to change these Terms with or without notice.
  
  
• By agreeing to participate in the Hollister Club Cali program, members release Hollister Co., its parent and subsidiaries and affiliate entities, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from all liability with respect to the Hollister Club Cali program (including all Club Cali Offers), the misdirection or misuse of any Hollister Club Cali Offer, or the use of any Club Cali Offer by an individual other than the Hollister Club Cali member to whom the Club Cali Offer was sent.
  
  
• The Released Parties make no warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to Hollister Club Cali, membership in Hollister Club Cali, or any products or services related to Hollister Club Cali.
  
  
• By participating in Hollister Club Cali, you hereby release the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and other expenses (including, without limitation, attorney's fees) relating to your participation in Hollister Club Cali, use of Hollister Club Cali, or agreement to these Terms.
  
  
• You are responsible for providing the correct email address to receive Hollister Club Cali Offers and to update your Hollister Club Cali membership should you change your email address.
  
  
• Hollister Club Cali and these Terms will be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of the State of Ohio, without reference to conflict-of-laws considerations. Any claims must be raised and resolved in the federal or state courts located in Columbus, Ohio, United States.
