For returns related to purchases made in conjunction with gift card special events, the company reserves the right to zero out the gift card value, to reduce the value of the refund by a pro rata share of the gift card value, or to provide merchandise credit only.
Return:
We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice. If your merchandise was purchased online, you have a couple of options. You can 1) visit any abercrombie store, 2) send it back to our Standard Return Address at abercrombie Returns Department, 200 Abercrombie Way, New Albany, OH 43054, USA. If your merchandise was purchased at a store, it must be returned to a store in person.
All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we will provide you with a merchandise credit for the last known value of the item.
Exchange:
We exchange any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice. To exchange your merchandise, you can 1) visit any abercrombie store, 2) send it back to our Standard Return Address at abercrombie Returns Department, 200 Abercrombie Way, New Albany, OH 43054, USA or 3) e-mail us at abercrombiekids@abercrombie.com or call us at 866.777.1892 or +1 614 219 5380. We are unable to process exchanges from purchases made at our stores. Do not send any additional payment, such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. Any additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.
